The most important resource for healthcare providers is to locate LOCAL resources of
physical activity. Healthcare providers should contact their local Council on Aging, YMCA,
or hospital fitness center to find out about their specific programs to increase physical
activity among older adults.
The First Step to Active Health Training Workshops for Professionals are available for
individual facility training. Contact Phil Page at email@example.com for more information.
